Over the last four years, The Life Church has more than tripled in size, adding two campuses in the Mid-South area and another in Durban, South Africa, and reaches several thousand people in weekend services. In 2011 we’ve continued to see the following areas flourish and increase:

Pastor John’s heart is to share he and Leslie’s 20+ years of ministry experience with other pastors and leaders so that they can break growth barriers, build healthy church culture and gain influence in their community, all for the purpose of reaching more people. The Coaching Network provides practical insight and strategies for cultivating healthy growth and momentum in your church. The Coaching Network is designed to not only resource pastors on how to grow their churches, but also to provide support, encouragement and opportunities to build relationships with other pastors and leaders.
What kind of meetings and events take places in The Coaching Network?
We come together to meet once a month for five months, participating in The Life Church staff meetings and hearing from Pastor John and key staff members in a personal setting. You will also have the opportunity to meet one on one with Pastor John to discuss where you are in your church’s journey and how you can grow your church.
Can I bring my team with me?
We provide opportunities for each Lead Pastor to bring their spouse and executive team members, as well as a day dedicated for the Worship Team and Next Generation teams to be a part.
What topics are covered in the session?
There are several key areas covered in our sessions: How to Break Growth Barriers, Building Healthy Teams, The Significance of Setting Your Churches Culture, Staff Development, Personal Goals and much more. With each topic we cover, there is time for you to ask specific questions that relate to your individual situation.
