I am still absolutely in awe at what God is doing in our church right now. We came into August with a word from God, a stirring to believe for 1000 salvation decisions in the month of August alone. So we started praying and claiming August as “The Month of a Thousand Souls.” I asked our church to bring friends who were far from God, and they came.

Well, we crushed our goal – in total, for the month of August 2010, we saw 1338 salvation decisions! I made the announcement at our Wide Open Leadership Night. Our creative team did a really cool thing for the Wide Open service, they built a stage wall with the exact number of people who received Christ.
