I shared with our church this past weekend the exciting news of our third campus in Jackson, Tennessee – Life Church Jackson! For several years we have recognized the fact that if we’re going to impact this area, we need to have a multi-campus approach to ministry. We launched a Collierville service a little over a year ago and now we have three locations – Cordova, Collierville, and Jackson.

Just over a month ago the leadership of Landmark Church in Jackson came to us for guidance. Eventually, they asked if our church could take leadership of their church. Last Wednesday night, Landmark Church, led by their elders who were in unanimous agreement, voted in favor of becoming Life Church Jackson. We always felt we would have a presence in Jackson and the time is now. This past weekend we had our first service with 73 people in attendance. That group has been faithful, praying and believing for their church and community. They’ve built a really nice building, only 2 years old, and it sits on 50+ acres (our guys Photoshopped the new logo on the pic above ). It’s really an amazing opportunity for us.

We’re excited to begin to connect with our new family in Jackson! Our weekly television program already airs there so many people in the area have heard about us or seen the program, but we’re planning some other advertising and outreaches to introduce ourselves to the Jackson community. This summer we’ll be talking about our vision, values, DNA, etc. with that campus as we prepare for the fall/back-to-school season. We’re really excited about all of the great things that are ahead!
