Hard to put into words what I feel every time I’m privileged to be back in Africa. We were checking into our hotel last night after a 10 hour flight from Amsterdam to Johannesburg and we were greeted so warmly by the reception manager. I told Mundo, “I’m with my people again.” They say that once you live in Africa it will always be in your blood no matter where you go or live. That is true.

Right now I’m on a flight from Joberg to Durban to spend some time with Greg and Kristin Evans, our missionaries to Africa. Greg and Kristin moved to Swaziland on September 1. So, it’s good we’ll be able to be with them within their first 90 days of living here. After 24 hrs in Durban we will drive back to Mbabane, Swaziland where Greg and Kristin are presently living and serving HPC Swazi and Children’s Cup. It will be good to see their home and be with them in their hood. Also looking forward to seeing the work of Children’s Cup and hanging with Ben and Susan Rogers who are leading that great organization. I heard that the legends Dave and Jean Ohlerking might be around too. Wow. That would be a treat to share a few moments with them.
More from Africa later. Also still have an unposted blog or two about some of the changes coming up in church. Will try to get those up soon. With love from the Motherland.
