Another great weekend in church. Continued “Miracles” Series with an awesome video testimony of healing (thanks Mike and Denise). Got lots of feedback on that amazing story. Wide Open was fun last night. Great worship from the AXIS band and just a really great spirit in the room. I love packing out the youth center with charged up, hungry leaders. The worship is always so awesome because its the core baby! Taught on thinking big and believing big and focused on why our church must NEVER stop growing.
We’re on the countdown to our mighty miracle offering this coming weekend. I must admit that I’m a little on edge about it, trying to release it to God. Can’t help but feeling the weight of how significant this miracle offering is for the Kingdom. Remembering Philippians 4:6-7 is a help. Please press in a little extra in prayer all this week for this coming weekend’s miracle offering. Got to come strong!
Leslie and I are headed to Nashvegas today with some great friends, Dino and DeLynn Rizzo, Nick and Chris Caine, David Meyer. Headed to shout for our great friend Kevin Mawae as he battles on Monday Night Football against the Colts. Kevin and his wife Tracy have become friends. He’s a super fired up Christian and an incredible all-pro center for the Titans. Titans are only undefeated team. Looking forward to a great game.

I hope you get to meet our youth minister, Toni…she’s in Memphis for the week meeting and planning with pastor Dan about a combined mission trip this summer with some of your youth group(s).
She called me today to tell me how impressed she is with the church, and the people she’s visited with…sounds like the place and the people are filled with the spirit!
I hope to be able to visit soon….I wasn’t sure if I would be accompanying the youth to Memphis as I’m headed back to Uganda (hopefully), and that will take up quite a bit of my summer. However, after listening to Toni’s enthusiasm….I should probably revisit the trip in prayer. Maybe I could even get “big daddy” to accompany us!
