Just a quick update on the process of purchasing our building. I gave an update a few weeks ago…check it out if you want to read that one first. Everything is going extremely smooth. The appraiser’s report is due any day and he has indicated to us that it all looks really good. We’re still praying for that issue and, maybe the bigger issue to really pray about right now is getting the official legal document signed from the current owner. We went through the negotiation phase, agreed on a price and received a signed letter of intent. Supposedly, the signed legal contract is just a formality. But I won’t rest until we have that in our hands. This is a really critical week. Please pray with me that they will sign that contract ASAP!
