1. Aspire to make God famous in your life

2. Aspire to build God’s House (the church)

This is one of my great passions. Jesus said in Matthew 16:18 – “I will build My church…” When we have a love and passion for building the local church, I believe we’re truly co-laborers with Jesus. He gave His life for the church.

John 2:17 - Then his disciples remembered this prophecy from the Scriptures: “Passion for God’s house will consume me.”

I wrote on Wednesday about a healthy life, flourishing and thriving. And of course the Bible gives us a very clear key in Psalm 92. It’s one of my life verses…

Psalm 92:12-14 - The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon;planted in the house of the LORD, they will flourish in the courts of our God. They will still bear fruit in old age, they will stay fresh and green…

Church isn’t perfect, because it’s filled with imperfect people. Don’t let anything keep you from being connected to a life-giving church. I believe it’s one of the most significant connections in our life.
