This past weekend was “da bomb” all the way. Our good friends Zhenya and Vera from Kiev, Ukraine were with us all weekend. We had a blast with them! Zhenya preached an “Oh My Gosh!” message on Sunday morning, and Vera was awesome at Chick Nite. Our women got super-generous and financially sponsored 50 Ukrainian women to go to the Hillsong Colour Women’s Conference in Kiev that Zhenya and Vera host.
Talk about a diverse weekend. First, we had the Ukrainian invasion with Zhenya and Vera, then I married a great young Indian couple on Saturday. The young lady has been a part of our church since the very early days. The church auditorium was full of people from India, Singapore, Abu Dhabi, all around the world really. Then, we hosted some fellas from Jacksonville (props to Stovall and Tarik)…DJ Will and Elementz were in the house all weekend scratchin’ and rappin’. It was awesome. I thank God our church is full of all different races and cultures. What a drag it would be if we were all one color, one style, one flow.

Well John, I still have to tell you that I am so proud of you, and how God has blessed you, your family, and your church. Hey son, growing the size your church has in just 5 years is pretty awsome!
Don’t forget, He knows what He is doing, huh??
By the way, how did you get as beautiful wife and kids like that??

When you coming back to HPC, down in hot Baton Rouge? If you have enough time, and I can separate you from Dino, I would love to buy your lunch. I know when you come around that you don’t have a lot of time but it would be fun.
Take care of yourself and keep on preaching the Word in Power and Truth. Don’t hold anything back, because He is coming back, and it doesn’t seem to be very far off, Praise His Mighty and Holy Name!
