Collierville Campus

I’m pretty excited about the “buzz” that’s in the air about us planting a campus in Collierville. We’re just in the preliminary stages, but I’m fired up because there’s just so much potential for our church in Collierville. The response that we’ve had from just a few announcements is proof to me. This is just the preparation stage - gathering people, growing small groups and building teams, with the idea of launching full-blown next year. We’re going to be talking about all that stuff at an info meeting this Sunday night, October 8 at 6:30p. If you are interested, you’re welcome to come. You don’t even have to live in Collierville! :)

If you want more info, or want to RSVP for Sunday night, just click here. The exact timing of a public launch is one of the biggest questions and a lot of it depends upon three key areas, which I will share about on Sunday night. OK, I’ll mention one, maybe the biggest one…The timing of when we settle into permanency in Cordova. We’ve got to work those details out first because we’re having some real momentum in Cordova. Actually there are some exciting things happening in that arena as well that I’ll be talking about in our weekend services, and I’ll be posting updates here as things progress. Stay tuned…These are exciting days.

We are in continual prayer for permanance in Cordova, a campus in Collierville and as we travel throughout Memphis we are claiming God’s grace and love over the area. God ALWAYS delivers. ;)

Pastor Ketterling named you as the first church that had “good things going on” in Memphis when I asked him last Thursday. It’s exciting to come from River Valley to another vibrant, growing church doing God things :)
